Glade Park Akihabara, formerly known as Time Sharing Akihabara Okuyama Building, is a rental meeting-room and event space on the 8th floor of the Okuyama Building on Sotokanda 1-chome. Just a two-minute walk from Akihabara Station and opposite the Manseibashi Police Station, it offers three private rooms available from 9:00 to 18:00, with extended hours up to 24:00 for events.

The venue accommodates a wide range of uses, from internal meetings, business negotiations and interviews to study groups, workshops, parties and ladies' socials, with standing capacity for around 85 guests. Table and chair arrangements can be customised to suit the occasion.
