Supervised by the grandson of the founder of Osaka's famed 551 Horai, the shop hand-makes pork buns using three cuts of pork and onion with a house-fermented dough, selling them fresh and as chilled four-packs for souvenirs. Opening hours run 10:00 to 21:00, and the ecute concourse is fully cashless with self-service tills.
