Shin Chemical Trading Co. (NCT) is a chemical-specialist trading house headquartered at the time of listing on the eighth and 11th floors of the Akihabara Dai Building in Sotokanda 1-chome, with its head office in Kitakyushu. Founded in 2004 through the merger of Shin Nikka Kako and Yokoo Chemical Industry, the company deals in building materials such as ready-mix concrete and ceramic boards, organic chemicals like methanol and lubricants, magnesium and amino-acid fertilisers, resins, steel-making materials and environmental products including exhaust-gas treatment agents and air purifiers.

The firm runs 14 domestic offices and four overseas bases including Shanghai and Hong Kong, with its Tokyo head office consolidating four Chiyoda-located group companies onto one floor. In June 2026 the Tokyo head office relocated to the Otemachi First Square West Tower 22nd floor, strengthening group coordination.
