COSPA's BLACK LAGOON 25th-anniversary pop-up opens at Grand Entas on Onoden Building 1F today, Saturday 12 September 2026, and stays through Sunday 27 September. Admission is free. Rei Hiroe redrew three named scenes of Revy, Balalaika, and Roberta for the first-run goods. After Akihabara the same shop tours Gee Store Osaka from 3 October. If you want the Akihabara date, you have 16 days on Chuo-dori, not a later Chiyoda encore.
What the yen actually buys on 1F
Grand Entas is the event hall on Onoden 1F, about three minutes from JR Akihabara Electric Town Exit. Past pop-ups in this room have run 10:00 to 20:00. COSPA tells you to check @granentas_info the morning you go, because this hall posts hours and numbered tickets per title. Crowds get a paper queue ticket. Sold-out posts on X lag the table.
Hiroe's three drawings carry the lines. Revy: "Justice or not, the world still turns, yeah?" Balalaika: "Kneel." Roberta: "Iron on every injustice." Those lines sit on the all-print T-shirts at ¥4,620 each, two colours per character, and on the speech-bubble acrylic stands at ¥1,650. The official shop lists 35 SKUs. The ones people actually carry out of this room are the cheap badges and the shirts.

Balalaika's burgundy all-print T-shirt is not on the table. COSPA cancelled that colour for manufacturing reasons. You can still reserve it in the hall, full deposit, and the reservation still counts toward the bonuses. Do not queue at open for a burgundy shirt that is not hanging.
¥5,000 and ¥20,000 are different presents
Every ¥5,000 tax-in of BLACK LAGOON goods in the shop, including a full-deposit reservation, gets one random acrylic keyholder from four comic-panel designs, about 30 by 50 mm or 40 by 40 mm. You do not pick the panel. When they run out, they run out. Mail order from 24 November is supposed to include this keyholder only on the first-run SKUs, not on later restocks.
Spend ¥20,000 or more in one checkout in the hall and you get a replica-signed mini shikishi of Hiroe's autograph board, about 135 by 120 mm, one per transaction. That bonus is venue-only. Mail order does not copy it. If you are chasing the shikishi, one hoodie plus two all-print shirts already clears ¥15,000 before you add a tote. Caps per SKU can appear without notice. Gee Store Osaka follows on 3 to 12 October, then Nagoya, Kokura, and Sendai. Akihabara is the only Chiyoda stop on the COSPA tour. The separate 25th original-art show at Sunshine 60 in Ikebukuro is November, a different organiser, a different building.
Onoden's own shop hours are 10:00 to 20:00, no regular holiday. Use that as the working window, then refresh Granentas' X before you leave Yodobashi. The 1F hall is easy to miss if you walk into the appliance floors first. Look for the event space on the ground floor, not Gee Store Akiba on 4F.
